StaxMinds provides web development, mobile applications, AI solutions, cloud infrastructure, and related technical services. We deliver projects on a fixed-price basis with clearly defined milestones. You own all intellectual property rights to the deliverables upon final payment.
Projects require a deposit to begin work, with remaining payments tied to milestone deliveries. If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is fully refundable. Work in progress is billed based on completed milestones. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties. We sign NDAs when requested. Your data is stored securely and used only for project delivery.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or losses beyond our control. All work is provided as-is without warranty beyond the 30-day support period included with each project.
